- AUTOMATIC COMPLEX FOR THE PUTTING OF ART IMAGES ON SEPARATE DETAILS FROM WOOD MATERIAL
The aim of this paper is to suggest a structure for automatic complex for putting art images on separate details from wood material. For the putting of images is used tampon automatic stamp. The project parameters of the automatic complex are defined. 2D drafts and 3D models of the suggested variants are worked. An analysis and evaluation of the worked variant is made and the optimal was chosen which was projected and researched. The automatic complex was realized and experimental studies were done and part of the results were made in the present study.

- CALCULATION OF THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION FOR DEFROSTING OF THE WOOD CHIPS
Аn approach for the calculation of the specific mass energy consumption (in kWh.t-1) needed for defrosting of the wood chips, which contain both frozen bound an free water, has been suggested. For the calculation of the a software program has been prepared in MS Excel 2010. With the help of the program calculations have been carried out for the determination of for oak, acacia, beech, and poplar frozen chips with moisture content in the range from u = 0.4 kg·kg-1 to u = 1.0 kg·kg-1 and with an initial temperature at the range from t0 = –40 oC to t0 = –1 oC. At temperature equal to –1 oC the defrosting process of the wood chips has been fully completed.

- AUTOMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATIONS IN THE MANUFACTURE OF WOODEN TOYS
Traditional universal and specialized woodworking machines perform the industrial production of details for toys made of solid wood. The automation of such discrete technological processes and operations can be accomplished by designing and implementing automated complexes that provide high performance. The report presents three effective solutions for automated complexes for the automation of technological operations in the production of rotary details for toys of solid wood. These are key factors for automating discrete processes and specific prospects for the development and automation of the production of wooden toys.
Specific solutions are shown to automate the flow of details when processing the rotary parts. A theoretical analysis was carried out and cyclograms of the work of the specific automated complexes were presented.
