The legacy website is maintained for continuity, archive visibility, and transition purposes. All current submissions and editorial correspondence related to new manuscripts should be handled through the OJS platform.
Authors may also contact the Editorial Office in advance if they would like to discuss the suitability of a manuscript topic before submission.
